Life at GAS

Meet Pam - Great Annual Savings Group

  • Last week saw the return of the Group’s ‘Feel Fab Friday’ initiative to raise money for UK charity Comic Relief. Our GAS staff came together to raise money on Red Nose Day, contributing £2 to wear red casual clothes. Staff managed to raise £153 through staff donations, including money raised from slices of delicious homemade cake. The Group Board have generously agreed to match this, to take our total to £306.

  • North South

At Great Annual Savings Group, we’ve attracted talent from elsewhere in the UK to join our fast-paced and inclusive workplace with the prospect of forging a life-changing career in one of the most competitive industries in the UK. The opportunity at GAS was one of the reasons that ECRM Manager Ricky decided to move permanently from the bustling streets of London to the breezy shores of the North East.

  • Great Savings

It has been another week of excitement and growth at Great Annual Savings Group. On top of the huge news that we’ll be creating an industry-first GAS Group Academy as a gateway to a sales career for young people, we are also making the final preparations for 20 new employees to join the Group on Monday. The new staff will be the latest group to join Great Annual Savings (GAS) as our recruitment drive steps up another gear.

  • Joe Tait

North East football club Spennymoor Town are making headlines nationally and internationally this week ahead of their historic FA Cup First Round tie against League One’s MK Dons. Ahead of the game, we speak to GAS employee Joe Tait as he prepares to step out onto the turf in the world’s most historic football competition.
